By registering for the Heart of a Giant Memorial Cornhole Tournament ("Tournament"), you agree to these Terms of Participation. The Tournament is organized by St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2131 Lancashire Avenue, Louisville, KY 40205.

Participants must be registered in the appropriate division based on age and skill level. Division placements are at the discretion of tournament organizers. Youth divisions require a parent or legal guardian to complete registration on behalf of minor participants.

Registration is complete upon submission of the registration form and payment of the entry fee ($50 per team). Entry fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of tournament organizers in the case of event cancellation.

All participants are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect toward fellow participants, volunteers, and staff. Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or violations of tournament rules may result in disqualification without refund.

By participating, you grant St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church a non-exclusive license to use photographs and video taken at the Tournament for nonprofit promotional purposes, including on this website and parish communications.

Participation in the Tournament is voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with participation in outdoor athletic activities. St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, its volunteers, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, divisions, formats, or rules at any time. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue partial refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
